A study performed by the National Institutes of Health and the AARP discovered that people who drank four or more cups of coffee a day were 10% less likely develop depression than someone who didn't drink coffee at all. For many years coffee and I have shared a deep love. It has helped me through many of life's struggles. Coffee is there for me when I need a quick boost of energy, and even when I need a nice warm beverage before I go to sleep (yes, I understand that this is contradictory, but it actually relaxes me at night). I intend to continue my deep and loving relationship with coffee for many years to come!
